It's a model for the 317 version of the male character, used to determine proportions and such

i noticed 
,i should have extracted and then notice its a meta file and see that it was a model

You guys are all wrong... Besides the hole proportions.
The 317 model is used to line up your sword, meaning you put it in his hand and scale it so it looks normal. THEN you delete the male model and make a drop model of the weapon.
THEN you put the wield model and drop model and dat maker...
Do you guys honestly think Runescape just uses its imagination to make the sword automatically fit into the guys hands? o.o

well i was thinking they have some really high tech program that allows you to take a picture and it turns it into a model...........of course that view is now frogoten now that i see how hard modeling is and we rs memebers really shouldent always complain that we need new arm and stuff because im not a pro but your probly going to have to be a pro,i mean i dont think i can make a model without it saying contains quad-contains lines.....so ye lol,so we fit it on the hand and scale so once we like how its weilded we get rid of the 317 model and save the thing and try it on in dat maker?

You click on the "Model" layer and hit the delete button.
And for it not to say contains quads, just select all / selected / triangulate all faces.
Done
