Its an awkward raise, tbh the yellow is the part I raised I skipped a few places but it made the sword look unique.

Could mean a couple of things,
1. You used the primitive tool wrong.
2. You forgot to delete the 317 model when placing the wield model.
3. There is an open face that needs to be closed.

In order to put it into .dat maker you need to scale it and place it in a 317 models right hand. Then you also need to select all and triangulate all faces.
