I think it's a good idea.
If you are in a town where are no shops, but you train there or something, and you have to bank.
You have to tele home, and walk all the way back.

ye populateing more city's would be nice and easy but makeing custom spells??????man we barely got the custom swords going i dont think we can do custom spells......

You can bank anywhere there's a bank booth guys >.> just saying. Yes I'd like to add shops in to all the cities, but right now I'm busy. It'd be good if you'd be more specific as to what shops and where...

To make it rather simple...Here is a Format that people could use.
JUST AN EXAMPLE

City: Shop\Shop Description:

Lumbridge -- Fancy Dress Shop----Has elegant pants etc.

Varrok -- The NPC that is located at the thieving stalls
I honestly think he should do something
